Appointment to the Property Registration Authority

The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill one vacancy on the Board of the Property Registration Authority.

Candidates must demonstrate in their application evidence of relevant experience at an appropriately senior level of the following: -

  -    A background in the banking or financial sector ;

  -    A career history that demonstrates an ability to understand high level financial data and good financial management;

     - Demonstrate business expertise - ideally to include knowledge and experience of two or more of the following:

               - Credit and Security

               - Real Estate Development

               - Corporate and business management

               - Financial oversight and performance evaluation/programme assessment

              - Strategic planning

              - Governance and Risk Management

              - eCommerce


             - Professional Membership and/or academic qualifications in Banking, Accountancy, Audit, Corporate Finance, Financial Services, Law, Property;

             - Professional experience, at an appropriately senior level in the banking and finance sectors;

             - Extensive knowledge of the property market;
